Strength & Conditioning Program 

 

A personalised strength and conditioning program is important as it provides a strong foundation in developing the important skills, techniques and biomechanics within an athlete’s chosen sport. During this session, we will go through a thorough assessment to determine any muscular imbalances, individual’s strengths and weaknesses, overactive or under-active muscles in the body.

Our Myotherapist therapist have a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of anatomy, physiology and pathophysiology to determine a treatment plan.

We take precise history and perform a thorough assessment and postural analysis in order to determine exactly where the problem, tension and or injury is within the muscular system with the aim of eliminating the root cause, not just the symptoms.
