A personalised strength and conditioning program is important as it provides a strong foundation in developing the important skills, techniques and correct biomechanics to help prevent and reduce the risk of injuries. 

It’s also important to keep in mind strength training is crucial for everyone especially as we age as it can increase bone density and reduce the risk of osteoporosis. 

During this session, we will go through a thorough assessment to determine any muscular imbalances, individual’s strengths and weaknesses, overactive or under-active muscles in the body.
