Elizabeth is a qualified Mytherapist,  Remedial massage therapist and personal trainer with 4 years of industry experience. Elizabeth has practiced in remedial massage working with both elite and amateur sporting teams including Carlton football club, professional soccer players, state level athletics club (Melbourne University athletics team) and 2019 Arnold Classic Melbourne bodybuilding competitors.
